"Place has went downhill since Hurricane Ida. The security gates are still broken, therefore giving access to anyone. The walls/ foundation is poor, if you live downstairs you hear every movement your upstairs neighbor makes, if they smoke in the bathroom you’ll smell it, you can hear people using the bathroom, slamming cabinet and the front doors. The electricity is poor, if the wind blows too strong the lights will go out. You can’t let your plants get sun by your front door. The trash bins are always full and gross."

"I lived at this property for 3 years and Dawn and Marty were excellent my whole time there. They’re both approachable and take care of business immediately when an issue arises. I recently moved to Houston for a job and hope the next group of people I have to deal with are as great as Dawn and Marty. It was a Great experience!!!"

"This is a great place to live. The property manager and maintenance staff are friendly and professional. The apartments are very clean and very quiet. The grounds are always kept neat. The apartments are also centrally located and many shops, stores, and a gym are within walking distance. I highly recommend Falling Water to prospective renters. Great staff and great apartments in a very good location. Take the time to check out Falling Water yourself!!"
