"I had heard so many wonderful things about Bright Beginnings, and without any hesitation, I placed my daughter on the waiting list. We were excited to start right away after we were told that we were approved. However, while viewing the cameras, I was disappointed to learn that my child was outside in the cold without a jacket, shoes, and hat, despite having already been sick for two out of four weeks of being there. I immediately spoke to them, and was told that her shoes wouldn't zip up. But I put the shoes on my daughter that morning and evening with no issues. Prior to this incident, my daughter had been picked up twice, and on both occasions, the wrong pacifier was in her mouth. I mentioned this to them and asked them not to use a pacifier while in their care. But the same day, when I looked at the camera, I saw a pacifier in her mouth. When I spoke to them about this incident, I was told that she had taken it from another child. I tried to reason with them, but the jacket incident was the last straw. It saddened me because I wanted my daughter to thrive there and feel comfortable in the environment. There needs to be more training in working with kids, and I would hate for this to happen to someone else's child. Especially considering that these babies' immune systems are already compromised, and they need that extra insulation to stay healthy. It is expected that we pay regardless of whether the child attends or not. However, money is not the issue. I am willing to pay top dollar for my child to be treated as I would treat them!"

"My little one has been here for 5 months now. I was a seriously nervous momma dropping off my 8 week old little one. The teachers have been fantastic and feel like genuinely care about my daughter and her well being. having cameras in the classroom is great. I can check in on her every so often and if she had a rough night or was acting a little off when I dropped her that morning I always feel welcomed to call and check in on her."

"Love Love Love BB CDC Zachary! They have taken such great care of my babies these past 4 years. My kids (ages 4 and 2) have learned so much from this daycare. They come home singing new songs and prayers. They've learned counting, colors, manners, etc at 2! Stacy and Danielle are always so compassionate when calling me about illness and injury but thankful they don't have to call often, even with my accident prone son. I would and do recommend Bright Beginnings to all my friends! I think they charge a fair price. Weekly tuition includes breakfast, snacks, and lunch which is a lifesaver in the mornings! I could go on and on..."

There is a list to get in, so if you want to send your child here, you should do it early in advance!!!"
