"This management company is shockingly incompetent and displays absolutely no regard for the safety or well-being of their tenants. They ignored maintenance requests, completely stopped doing any landscaping at our building, charged utility bills randomly without any notice or consistent schedule, shut off our water without providing any information or timeline... they even forgot to charge me for rent for the first three months after I moved in, so I had to pay it all at once once I called them or they would have hit me with late fees. I also had to bombard them for my mailbox key for weeks after I moved in, which is questionable from a legal standpoint. One of my neighbors is dealing with flooding in their unit and went to file a maintenance request last night only to find that we no longer have access to the portal. After contacting Texla, they were informed that they are no longer managing our building. No one informed of us this change or provided any sort of alternate contact for maintenance or paying rent. Plus, their branding is still all over this building displaying yet another oversight. Anytime you attempt to get information from them, they refuse to provide it and blame someone else. The staff are rude and wildly unhelpful. This is an embarrassing company and I cannot recommend staying away from them strongly enough."
