"Ms.Betty the owner of the projects is rude..She says "non of your blinds must be broken if need new blinds it will cost $30.00 per window if your house is too dirty for her need that will be noted on your lease... she is barley there she isn't the best owner... and she also says it needs to be clean when the pest control comes FYI (some apartment are roach infested)"
