Great for students I can say it’s really all about how you live and how your roommates live I just believe to have a better understanding with who you live with. Great and Affordable Right next to rouses , drug emporium, and cajun field !"

"I stay in a studio at the moment, and have stayed in the 2 bedrooms as well- both have just enough space for occupants and pets. Maintenance is quick to respond to issues, and the rates are some of the most affordable around even with the utilities. The furnishing and some of the amentities of the apartments could use some updating and change of aesthetic, but that is also just personal preference primarily."

"This is the worst apartment complex to live at. Do not believe the five star reviews. your neighbors Do not care about you and stomp around all day all night. Domestic violence is a serious thing here, do not move here. Unless you want to have the worst experience in your life I have had better experiences living in the hood. Save your $900 a month and go somewhere, ANYWHERE else!"

"Great place and a somewhat more proactive front office. Front office folks better than what you expect everywhere else in Lafayette. Tyler and all the ladies in the front office are great. Maintenance is probably the best thing about UH. George and everyone else are absolutely great and are always available, even at night. Even the internet folks when you call them, they are very talented and experienced. However, they will pair you up with people that are not matching of your preference, and there’s nothing that can be done until everyone is at each others throats. Place is great when you’re living by yourself or with someone you trust, but some that live here conduct themselves in a manner that this complex states they frown upon. Is it better than most apartment complexes in Lafayette? Absolutely 100%, but to get the best experience, do not rely on them to get you a roommate."

"They are disorganized, there’s only one dumpster for the whole apartment complex, they have taken no measures to add another dumpster and are content with allowing residents to build the trash up in the parking lot beside the ONE full dumpster, they don’t have cameras, they have carpets in most apartments and they don’t bother to do at least one yearly cleaning on them, air constantly breaks, the air conditioning unit is above my shower and it leaks sometimes. They allow residents to move out without actually checking if they took all their belongings or cleaned up. Then charge whoever’s left in the apartment for the mess. The stairwells are constantly dirty. There’s little that they actually do right at this apartment complex. The rents cheap but at the expense of everything I mentioned above. I would have left ZERO stars if I could."
