"Do not stay here. The apartments are full of mold. It's been recently remodeled. However, it was done cheaply, and the floors are rotting and falling through. One tenant actually fell through her floor. Steer clear of this place. Stay away from all Morrow Properties!"
"This apartment complex is very well-kept. It is quiet and a good place for families. Contrary to the other review, the apartment manager does her job well. She responds to anything the tenants report to her in a timely manner. I doubt this other reviewer is an actual tenant and actually has something against this Chad Broussard who is no longer working there. And if she is a tenant, did she report it to the manager? The manager does not hire the maintenance personnel, the corporate office does."
