"The worst place I ever lived.. Bad Flooding, something always breaking, management has the worst attitude, Especially Lestria. Cops always there because it’s always trouble inside the apartments. Maintenance hates to fix things and barely fixes things. Roaches, always breaking into cars. Worst place I stayed in Lafayette. Then when you move out they take your deposit and try to charge you other dumb charges like for the clean up etc"
"My fire alarm in the hallway kept going off only on the weekends between 3-5am. After the maintenance person changed the battery they were ae to determine that I need a new device. Everything changed within a day! Thanks Maintenance Team!"
"The apartment manager decided not to renew my lease without giving me a reason. I think this is outrageous. She may not understand how much harm she is doing to people. I, for one, have been unable to find any place to go. If she has any compassion, she should be ashamed that she is making people homeless."

"The assistant manager was amazing! she was so patient, walked me through the steps during signing and blessed me with a welcome basket to the Bradford apartments along with the help via phone from ms. Terri. The apartment was extremely clean upon moving in, Community is nice and clean. 10 out of 10 highly recommend!! Very nice surrounding neighborhood!!!"
