"They have a all sales are final policy. However my coworker bought the wrong flavored vape. The vape has never been opened or used. They won't allow me to exchange the item for a same priced vape that I would like. This was my go to vape shop but this isn't going to work.."

"This place will sell you broke equipment and will not give you a refund. I was Sold a broken water pipe yesterday, after being followed around the shop uncomfortably and when i brought it back, homie in the little mask told me I should’ve checked it before I left because he has no way of validating my claim. As much as I’d shopped there, bringing anything back should be enough reason to validate the claim. But the snarky comments, the being followed around, and lack of customer service has really turned me off of this place. I’d advise you to try another place."

"I have been through 3 waterpipes in less than 2 months from this shop. All broke with the slightest of impacts, I am not rough on my pieces yet these broke easier than anything I've had before. The stems are what breaks, and I have used different brands so it is not one specific brand. The staff is super nice though so that's a plus."
