"I live in Willow park right now. Can never get in touch with the office, cause they never answer. I been using a lamp in my bathroom for almost a year and have told them constantly, my ac is always breaking, I have roaches which I been spending tons of money to get rid of them, they told me someone was going to come spray and never did. The tubs don’t drain well. But can never talk to anybody cause nobody ever answers in the office."

"I love Willow Park. I was living there 3 years ago but had to move away because of unfortunate circumstances. But during my time there, Dana was great!!!! She ALWAYS made time for me when I needed someone to talk to and I never had any problems with getting things repaired. I love the new upgrades. "Beautiful property and has great potential but maintenance for whatever reason has always been an issue. Our issues with maintence started when it was decided that my son couldn't have his basketball goal. So they brought it in front of the office and were with my permission going to give it to a church. So time passed and I went to the office and one of the maintence workers was playing basketball with the basketball goal that supposedly was not allowed at Willow Park. The dumpster was always an issue. Why? Because compacting it more than once was too much of an issue. Once they even sent a letter saying that if the dumpster was full you were expected to bring your trash back home. This was years ago. More recent issues with the dumpster included them expecting you to walk through a path of trash to get to the dumpster so you could throw your trash into a dumpster that was filled to capacity. Most of the time when you went into the office maintenance would be watching t.v.. When we left the apartments there was electrical issues in one bedroom, two drains in one bathroom that didn't work and even though I left the apartment clean they still took my deposit. Once, this was years ago, maintenance decided it was my son's fault that the paint on the molding was cracking because he was in a wheelchair. The real problem was termites. We moved in 2016 because they wouldn't renew my lease. Huge favor they did me. Where I live now they care and when something needs to be fixed there is no litany of excuses. My response to your assertion that you apologize is good then return my deposit. And just a heads up I lived there for fifteen years I saw elderly people whose air conditioners were not fixed because the well trained staff was too busy watching t.v.. I saw a mini dump in the back of the apartment complex in a beautiful wooded area because residents were dumping their trash over the fence. You think the homeowner with the beautiful horses would appreciate one of his horses being bit by rodents? I saw a neutra rat that was so large I thought it was a cat. We would hear rats playing in the attic until the apartments were refurbished and the gables in the front were fixed so they could no longer get in. You'll felt very comfortable stealing my deposit. Why? What was the excuse because the knobs on the stove were missing. They were missing because my son is handicapped so I removed the knobs so he would not turn the stove and possibly cause a fire. . Four hundred dollar deposit kept for stove knobs."

"Willow Park Apts. Roach infested...Poor maintenance of property. I have cockroaches every night. I am told pest control comes bi weekly or the last Thursday in every month, I have never seen pest control.. I have never seen thier vehicle. My cabinets are nasty. My foundation is leaning. My tub is peeling..And guess what, I've only been 4 months. I have contacted cooperate to get out of lease. No response. Venting here is just the beginning."
