"I’ve been at these apartments for Almost a year and cannot wait until my lease is up. For months the apartments were a construction site which didn’t allow you to even park in front of YOUR apartment. There was constant loud banging at all times of the day for MONTHS. Now they’re closing one of the pools, not allowing us to use the second one, AND they have the audacity to go up $100 for the rent."
"Do not trust the management at this apartment complex. The property manager is a drunk who threatened me with physical violence. They would not allow us to turn in our keys and parking permit for unknown reasons. They are unprofessional snakes. The low review rating speaks for itself. The employees leave 5 star reviews to try and boost the review rating."
"Management tends to blame all the issues they’ve caused on the contractors they hire, and even go as far as completing work orders that have not even been worked on to begin with. When I left for vacation at the beginning of August, I was under the impression that my roof is being fixed only to come back and see they caused a huge water leak in my living room. I have been and I’m currently living in a construction zone for months on end. Instead of getting my apartment fixed or they can ask is if we are ready to sign a new lease, 3 times and counting before ANY of the damages were repaired. I was told there was nothing they could do about contractors and maintenance damaging my apartment in furniture multiple times, only then to be told him I rent will be going up. When I requested they can look at my AC, I then found out that the pipe had not been connected for god knows how long. You’re lucky if your repairs get fixed within weeks, if not months— most of the time you have to reach out multiple times to get your problem solved, and you’ll likely have to clean up after them. if you want to be treated like your safety and well-being or not important, you should absolutely move here."
"Worst apartment complex ever. I have been asking for maintenance for months and they haven’t came. I wasn’t stressing it because it was just moths randomly getting in my house, but now I have water coming in through my baseboards. Also like you wanna be careful where you park your car because people will steal your rims and tires. They also don’t have cameras:) your cabinets and doors will randomly break or come off the hinges and not to mention the sloppy paint job."
"EDIT: Management addressed the pool concern (I'll believe it when I see it though) but has not addressed the giant pothole in the guest parking lot. Awful complex. Fyi that pool picture is a joke. It's been closed since delta and is a green swamp filled with tadpoles. I visited a friend to decide if I wanted to live here. Immediately upon arriving, my car about got stuck in a giant pothole in the guest parking. I told my friend and her neighbors and they said that management knows about it and just doesn't care. They also have a pool that has been out of commission and filled with tadpoles since hurricane delta almost a year ago. Management is nothing but lazy slumlords who pocket the money without actually fixing things. Look elsewhere, I did"
