"Amazing place to live in Lafayette. Great staff who are responsive to their tenants. A/C went out and the part would take a week to get in, staff went out of their way to recharge my leaking system so I could get through the hot weekend. Awesome events! Just had a “Going back to School” pool party. Great food, give-aways and music. Nice chance to meet other tenants. Thanks to the staff for being great and providing a clean, safe and cool place to live in Lafayette!"
"Main Street River Ranch Apartments are well maintained and close to all amenities such as shopping, restaurants, banking, pubs and high end stores. A lease with the apartment provides gym access, and also access to other park amenities such as walking trails, amusement, and convenience store."
"We went to River Ranch to do a bit of shopping and looking around being new to the area I Encourage everyone to stop by at least once it's a great place to walk Especially if you have children one of the safest places you could be"
"I signed my lease Friday, December 30th and began to move my belongings. Upon entering the apartment I noticed it was warm, therefore I turned the AC on. After a couple hours of moving, I noticed I was still sweating and that's when I realized the AC was not working. It was 9:30pm therefore the front office was closed. The next morning I called the front desk to let them know my issue and I was informed it would have to be a call out and being it was 72 degrees outside they weren't required to call maintenance because it was below 75 degrees. I explained that I understood the policy, however being the AC was not working when they rented the apartment to me the previous day, was there anything they can do? I was told no because that was there policy. I asked to speak to the manager and according to the woman at the front desk, the manager was not taking after hours calls. I checked The Weather Channel app and it predicted the temperature to be below 75 degrees all weekend and it would be 77 degrees Monday, therefore I would just have to wait until then. Being that I have a hard time sleeping when its warm, I decided not to stay in the apartment Saturday or Sunday. I returned Monday around noon and noticed no one had been to my apartment because the AC was still off and it was really warm so I tried to call the front desk, however it was closed due to Monday being a holiday. The after hours answering service answered the call so I explained the situation to the woman and she informed me she would call maintenance. I waited a couple of hours for a response however it never came. I checked the weather again and it was indeed 77 degrees outside therefore I called the front desk and the answering service answers however it was someone different. I kindly explained my situation again and asked if they have heard anything. That's when I was informed that maintenance wouldn't be coming until Tuesday. I ask them about the 75 degree policy, which was the reason why they didn't come out during the weekend, and they responded with, "we are only informing you what maintenance told us." I haven't had one person reach out to me asking me anything since all of this took place. I completely understand it was a holiday weekend and if I would have been previously living here when the AC went out, I would have been more understanding. Hell if anyone would have even bothered to call me and just talk to me about this I would have been more understanding. At this point, I AM REGRETTING SIGNING THIS 12 MONTH LEASE and I am beyond fed up with all this. First thing in the morning I will be at the front office waiting to speak to the manager, in which I'm assuming will be the same manager who refused to accept my call during the weekend. I will make a follow up review!!!!!!"
"Since I can't find a separate listing for the shopping center, this review only speaks to that part of Main Street River Ranch. I love that Lafayette has a walkable neighborhood. There are a lot of cute shops and the restaurants smell fantastic as you walk by. There are a few things that always make me laugh when I'm here though: 1) The 7 1/2 mph speed limit 2) A crosswalk that leads you straight into a bush."
