"We’re going on year three here. I have some of THE BEST neighbors. It’s extremely peaceful and quiet. Mgt and staff has always been respectful and pleasant to deal with. Maintenance is always on top of it! We pay our rent on time, and report any issue at the time and are always courteous of others. I’ve never really had a problem here except some Mornings- there’s petty trash on the ground and near the dumpster in which others obviously aren’t picking up behind themselves.. Also good location. Not too far from i10 and not too far from the mall, shopping areas etc."

"This is absolutely the worst place to rent from. All paying tenants aren't treated equally based on appearance . Also, the office manger walks into the apartment without a verbal or written notice to the tenant. The staff is very unprofessional and would much rather take your money than actually do their job. Defiantly not a place to call home."

"I have lived here for several years. I was actually inspired to move here from visiting my daughter who lived here. It’s very quiet and peaceful. Clean and well kept by the managerial staff and maintenance. Maintenance problems are fixed the same day if possible. In the several years I have been here I am unaware of any favoritism or anyone discussing what is in other people’s apartments. The roads/parking lot were recently redone and very smooth. We are patrolled nightly by security adding a little extra peace of mind. They do strictly follow the lease terms but it’s what’s expected. "Don't move here. Yes they look nice and it's a good area but no matter how clean your apartment is when you move you won't get your full deposit back! I spent 3 days cleaning my apartment and I was sent a $10 check from $200 for the maid cleaning services. I caught 3 flat tires in a year I was living there bc the road is all messed up. The staff is just bad and very fake. I got mold in my apartment for a vent that lead outside that they forgot to close. Don't move here."
