"I said what I was looking to pay for a mod, didn't have anything at the price that was what I was looking for. I was leaving and he offered a discount if I got it today. Paid more than I wanted, then on my way home I realize there's no battery in it, called and he said that was $32 more dollars, yet he didn't even include that in the purchase(why would I buy a mod with no battery?). So I call 5 minutes after I purchased it and he tells me no refunds, even though he knew what I said I was wanting to spend and he swindled me. Not a good way to do business."
