"Great Property! I absolutely loved living at The Reserve. Very kid friendly, the office would give snacks to the kids sometimes when they came home from school & Anytime I needed something fixed in my unit (maintenance) Mr. Jeral would come and make sure it was taken care of. Thank you Ms. Sharonda for being patient and understanding during my stay, you’re hands down the most amazing property manager I’ve ever experienced!"

"I love it here. The new maintenance guy Mr. Jeral gets things done. They are so attentive to the children. At least twice a week, the manager Ms.Sharonda, and her entire staff give the kids treats and encourage them. The kids are so excited to stop by the office after school. That alone lets me know that they are caring people and it's worth living here… especially for the kids. #HappyResident"

"Went today to look for a new apartment, had been searching online and it looked really nice and in my price range. Was let down to hear when I stopped in that I made too much income to live in this complex (it's some kind of tax assisted/lower income property). I had no idea that was a thing as it was marketed as luxury apartments and NOTHING on their website or Google indicated that this was anything other than a regular apartment complex, and a nicer new one at that. The front desk girl was very apologetic so nothing against the on-property staff, she was terrific. It must happen a lot as it's the first question she asked. Maybe the property management company should take note and advertise this accordingly, or at least make it transparent that this are income capped rental units. For now, maybe this will save someone else the let down/drive out to waste their time."

"I’ve been staying at The Reserve Juban Lakes for a short period of time. Ms. Latoya has been remarkable throughout my application process up till now. If I had to sum up my experiences with Ms.Latoya in-depth those words would be Knowledgeable ,Professional, Patient and Kind hearted. It saddens me to know she will be leaving the Reserve @ Juban Lakes. All good things must come to an end though, I just hope that whomever comes behind her know that they will have some big shoes to fill."
