"ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES!!!!! If I could give no stars I would. This place is infested with roaches. I’ve been here a month and seen enough roaches for a lifetime. I’m not comfortable living here and never had that experience anywhere else. We eat in the car and I don’t cook!!! I requested a 6 month lease and they gave me a 14 month. Right after I saw the error I asked her can we disregard and correct lizabeth said no. I said what about the roach infestationSHE IGNORED ME!!!! The kitchen is in horrible condition. The counter feels like it’s about to collapse. The counters are contact paper not granite and the cabinets have water damage!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! I’m trying to see how I can get out of this lease without ruining my credit. I can’t stay here much longer. THIS IS DISGUSTING!!! Especially for $1500 a month they should be shut down. I may have to reach out to whoever is above them. Looking them up now"
"If you are used to staying in a nice environment, that is responsive, and where management cares and where management is knowledgeable do not lease here. They blame everything on a new system. They can never answer about weird balances. They have a mail room, so any delivery service is extremely lazy and will not deliver to your door. Them you have to get a code from the front office to get your mail, the front office is always busy so imagine just trying to get a code to get your mail on a busy day now you have to wait. Maintenance calls takes forever. I can say that the overall property is nice and the layout is nice. The pool area is beautiful but they let the kids destroy it and it’s always full . The trash cans are always full and always look disgusting and overfull. This property has the ability to be a five star property. However, the residence and the management will ruin this property before the end of the year. Update : due to an incident on Memorial Day they have closed the pools. Mind you I have been here a few months and not one time has that back pool been cleaned and I’m ready to call the city because that has to be a violation. Save your money and time and find a place that has useable amenities and that is true to their word Update : 6 months in I have found a way to pay rent online so I’m doing have to go in office, gates are fixed, trash is a little better. You are able to get your packages through a service"
"If I could give zero stars I would. Theres many reason this is trash apartment complex but the top two is my apartment flooded within my first month of living there due to maintenance errors with plumbing. No compensation for that I had mold growing on my walls for three months. The second reason is in February 2023 when temperatures got down to 16° I had no heat for three weeks and to compensate they took $50 off of my rent."
"If I could give this apartment no stars, I would. I lived here in late 2020-2021. I had to move out and break my lease. I have 2 children and the AC went out multiple times during my residency here. I notified maintenance, made requests, they was marked as if they were complete. They was not. My electric was randomly shut off multiple times during the summer and not by the electrical company. There was many days and nights my children and I had to live out of hotel rooms because the temperatures was entirely too hot to even live in the apartment. I literally had a brand new bath and bodywork’s candle fully melted on a dresser when I came home due to the temperature in the apartment. The shower leaked in the walls, you could see the damage above the shower head, they never did anything, it ended up flooding my poor downstairs neighbors one day. Maintenance came looked at my apartment but due to floor not being wet anywhere they did nothing. Furthermore, they don’t lock the gates, so it being a secured facility is a joke. I left a domestic violence situation and the lack of security did not help. Maintenance was in my apartment twice with no notice. By the time my AC went out the 3rd time I notified them that I would be moving and I held the rent, obviously they did not want to fix the situation and at this point I found a house to rent for the same price. So I moved. I notified when I would have the keys turned in. As I was packing, doors locked, Jose the maintenance man literally walks in my apartment to basically give himself a tour of my place with no notice. I had to move out of my house (I’m a single mom with 2 kids) by myself in 104° heat in the house because the AC was not working. It was so bad I felt like I was going to have a heat stroke and ended up at the hospital. It’s been 2 years and now they’re reporting to my credit for $10,628 thru an agency called national credit systems. Meanwhile the apartment would not fix the issue so I have no choice to move out. I am now trying to purchase a home and this phony apartment complex is hindering me to do so. I have decided to file suit. I suggest if you have dealt with this also, you should as well. Hopefully this saves some one from renting from a place who does not do proper maintenance. All emails, requests, etc. has been sent to my lawyer, who states this will be an easy case, I will be more than happy to post the evidence as well once everything is in motion."
"Just don’t do it, for so many reasons don’t do it. I’ve been here two years and I can tell you. You will need another job for new tire money because there are pot holes absolutely everywhere in this complex. The majority of the parking spaces do not have lines. Maintenance requests are constantly ignored, I’ve had oil dripping on my porch from the balcony above for months. Water gets into my front door when it rains. The load bearing post in front of my apartment is not bolted down and moves around. Very thin walls, music is always being blared at gosh awful hours of the night. The buildings alarm systems go off often and typically stay on throughout the night. You can expect to see the dumpsters always overflowing onto the ground because there are not enough. Don’t even try to call and speak to someone in the office because they will either not answer the phone or tell you they will get it taken care of but never do. The staff changes often and are typically rude. The only saving grace of the place is Maggie, she is honestly the only nice and helpful person and deserves a much better place to work than here. I wish I had never moved here and please save yourself the time, money and stress and don’t sign a lease here!!! They may look nice from the outside, but It’s not worth it!"
