"Kingston point is by far the most disgusting place ever! Property manger is NEVER in the office , her assistant is NO HELP! I’ve been complaining about the same things since I’ve moved in . The professionalism is definitely not at Kingston point . People in the office is RUDE and lies about simple things I was told someone would enter my home when my son recover I purposely missed work to see if someone would enter my home haven’t heard from them since a strong month now , this is ridiculous and if they can’t do the job find someone who cares about the community and willing to help"

"My experience with Kingston Point Apartments is very limited, and now I prefer to keep it that way. Why? Because one call should have satisfied my reason for contacting them. But, I was lied to that someone else would help me (never did) and when I call again to follow up the one person who can supposedly help is unavailable. So, I leave a message and still get no response - three days later. Supposedly Andrea King is the manager and the only one capable of assisting with my routine inquiry, which was made over 5 days ago."

"So an honest review. They are nearly impossible to reach by phone but they are very helpful and polite once you do. The staff is very kind and helpful with what they can be. And we don't have mailboxes at the moment which is a hassle idk where my mail is. My ceiling fan was fixed next day after I asked about it so that wad pretty promising. Are they luxurious apartments? No. Is there paint on most everything? Yes. But it's safe, well lit and quiet in my experience here. My apartment has some old staining and damage to the door/cabinet drawers and floors, but for what I pay and the space I get it's pretty fair. My hot water heater is nearly brand new and the a/c works well. The garbage is maintained and there's an officer on site. I walk my dog along the canal most mornings and evening and don't have any worries about being harassed or followed. Overall I'd recommend it if you have the patients to go into the office for things you need."

"Got ghosted on 2 scheduled tours where they then did not pick up the phone for 2 weeks. After we finally did get someone on the phone for a tour we were notified their 675$ apartments were raised in price to 875$ which is a 200$ increase for ABSOLUTELY NO QUALITY CHANGE. for 875$ I should be able to get more than a 1 bed 1 bathroom with a washer and dryer MINIMUM. Would not recommend"
