"Awful experience! Absolutely terrible. I have never seen anything more poorly managed in my lifetime. And I am a resident but I just have another name on google. Just like when people use anonymous profiles to post reviews because they know you are in a position to retaliate and that is exactly what you did when complaints were made. Signing a lease should not be entrapment for abuse. I hope that anyone else who suffers here is not afraid to speak up and contact the attorney generals office."

"I have been living here for 2years and is very upset. Ever since I moved from the 1bd to the 2vd room it has been awful. I was told that the gate was going to be fix which hasn't been since I moved in. Mentioned it to the leasing manager multiple times. In July, the ac broke and i was in HEAT multiple days and had to get a hotels and stay with someone else. I asked about reimbursement for it and the fan I had to purchase and they said no they dont do that. Now that rent is raised and is based on security and cost of living, so they said. I should feel that my safety should be their main priority. When I went to renew my lease, I received a note on my door a week later stating that I need to sign something to get their insurance and trash is being raised from 5 to 15 dollars. Corporate couldnt and wont help. It's confusing because no where on my lease says that I need their insurance. I am feeling bullied and stressed due to it. I have been going back and forth with the leasing agent via email about all this. I had to tell her that eventually ended all this was that I'm in remission from Cancer and all this is stressing me out and to leave me alone. At the beginning of the month, I asked how much was my rent and she said 1600 for a 2 bedroom. I ASKED HER why, she stated that because I didn't sign that form to get their insurance and trash increase. And now I'm month to month.Insane. I'm so over this apartment complex and the stress of it all."
