"This apartment complex is a literal dump, and I don’t mean that lightly. From the moment you step outside, you’re greeted by a minefield of dog poop that the lazy residents couldn’t be bothered to pick up. It’s like navigating through a poop-infested obstacle course just to get to your car. Speaking of cars, good luck keeping yours safe from the constant threat of theft. The parking lot feels more like a chop shop than a place to park your vehicle. Just hope and pray that you don’t wake up to find your wheels missing or your car broken into. UPPER Management’s response? Crickets….. And let’s not forget about the towering piles of trash that seem to multiply overnight. Overflowing dumpsters, discarded furniture, and garbage strewn about like confetti at a parade. It’s a wonder the health department hasn’t condemned the entire complex yet. But what’s truly baffling is the utter lack of accountability from UPPER management. You’d think they’d be proactive in addressing these issues, but instead, they turn a blind eye and collect their rent checks without a care in the world. Trying to get them to take action is like trying to squeeze blood from a stone. In summary, if you enjoy dodging landmines of dog poop, risking your car being stolen, and living in a literal garbage dump, then by all means, move into this apartment complex. Otherwise, run far, far away and never look back. You’d think almost doubling the prices since 2020 would go into making this property better, instead it’s just creating a nice comfortable lining for the owners pockets.."
