"Apt 324 As far as the amenities and outside look of the apartment's 10/10 but besides that the inside of the apartment its self looks and feels old. The water pressure for these high dollar apartments was extremely low the whole 6 months I was there. The appliances were damn near broken and it took months for them to fix. They had to come 4 different times to fix the dryer and kept saying they fixed it but didn’t. I had to dry my clothes 2-3x each load. The dishwasher would not drain took about 2 different work orders to fix that. Don’t let them just show you the model apartment and think wow this is nice lol that’s not what you will be getting. The apartment/bathroom looks like it should be worth $600-$800 max. People were randomly getting in the gate and breaking into cars. They will keep your deposit no matter if you clean and did no damage to the apartment. Hopefully I will never have to come back to Louisiana to work again. No wonder why it’s ranked 49th in education"

"My brother lives here and I had a chance to visit him for Mardi Gras. Apartments have come a LONG way, I would compare this place to a vacation resort! An onsite Starbucks Bar and a catch-and-release pond, beautiful pool area. The staff was kind and greeted us every time we stopped by for coffee."
