"Typical BR apartment complex. Save your money, work on your credit & buy a house. Not worth it at all!!! Seriously. Outdated & overpriced to say the least."

"The apartments are dated. No upgrades available. You have to deal with the neighbors stomping continuously. Walls are very thin you can hear your neighbors conversations. It’s a family owned apartment complex so they really just do as they please. The biggest thing is the water is brown and I mean BROWN! It’s been like this for months. If you try to move there is no lease break fee you can pay. They will try to trap you in the lease. Don’t move here!"

"Great experience. Lived at Muriel Crossing for 3 years. No complaints at all. Grounds maintained and any complaints were always addressed immediately. Quite and safe environment. Neibors were respectful as well. Police residency was great to have. Once I moved my deposit was mailed to my new address. Thanks again for a wonderful experience!"

"Just terrible. Gun shots at 3am. Crime in the area is at an all time high. They will not give your deposit back and will overcharge you. Mold in bathroom. Cheap old appliances that break. Spiders everywhere. Maintenance crew is terrible. Cars are broken into weekly. Thin walls. Leakage in ceiling. Please don’t give these people your hard earned money. Beware!!"

"It's a nice, quiet area to live in. It's pretty convenient to most areas since it's close to I-12. The management team isn't very warm and friendly. It took them about 6 weeks to fix a broken toilet in one of my bathrooms. But, they apartment itself is nice and my neighbors are respectful."
