"My daughter is living there with her boyfriend and another friend. They have been harrased by another couple and now the maintenance guy. This morning her boyfriend answered the door to a pipe hitting him in the hand and temple. The manager said she is not getting involved and doesn't care what happens. They are basically on their own. This is a dangerous situation with no protection. This is not a place that is safe for anybody if the manager won't get involved."
