"Do not move here this place is a joke they never fix anything they will tell you that they will be back but never come back to fix a thing, my family went 2 months without air in the summer before we moved There is trash and garbage all up and down the street and in the parking lots . It’s a nasty dirty place to stay, you have roaches in the apartment from all trash and garbage people leave on the steps. You hear gun shots right out your window and they never let you speak to the manager the just give you an excuse every time I highly recommend you to not stay here"

"This apartment complex is a scam don't I advise people to think before they rent from there I came all the way from houma Louisiana 2 weeks ago to have run arounds call everyday I was told they had apartments available you can't really talk to the manager like they hide him. I was told I can get my application refund back then they call and say the manager say I can't get my application refund back. They didn't even process my application excuse after excuse with that place sad."

"Wouldn't even reccomend the 1 star. I had to give that to give a review. All they care about is money. Always saying we have a balance in hopes we can't provide receipts but we always do. Apartment leaks, mold, roaches, knats like crazy, green pool, a gym but has never been accessible since we been here. Homeless people living freely in the vacant apartments and they never check the units so if you wanna live free this the place. Us hard working people are always paying extra fees. Matinance never comes to fix anything, EVER. We been living here with leaks, and mold. Did I mention roaches. There is always shootings. I would not recommend to anyone. Period. This place ruined me on apartment living. It's a free for all there basically. And the honest hard working people trying to live they treat like garbage. Oh speaking of garbage ...... behind the gym. Trash sits for days smelly, flies, everywhere. Trifling living .... this is the place if that's how you like to live."

"TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL I want to take the opportunity to express you my discontent due the HORRIBLE condition in which the apartment was at the moment of occupancy and the attention delivered by cherry Creek apartment complex team. Be aware that if you have a pet, you HAVE TO PAY TWO NON -REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS ($ 750.00 ). When I paid the non-refundable security payment for $350.00; I wasn’t advice that I also had to paid a non-refundable security payment of $350.00 for my pet, until later on. THIS INFORMATION ISN'T IN THE BROUCHURE OR WEBSITE. In addition, a member of Cherry creek team told me I could move on 11/26/21. On that date (11/26/21), when I went to pick up the keys, I was told that the apartment wasn’t ready and the carpet had to be replaced. In effect, after 4 hour waiting the carpet was replaced that date. However, the apartment wasn’t ready for occupancy of the new lessee. I moved to this place a month ago ... I'm still waiting for the the managent office replace the missing and damage items on the property upon my arrival. The key of they mail box wasn't provide until later on. This was an inconvinient for sure, after several call and email to the office, finally was the mail carrier who told me my key was ready. So far they don't give me the access cards fitness place, pool and park. Last but not less important, looks like this place doesn't have a personnel to track or check the payments you do online. I paid my rent in the "resident portal", however they send me a nasty menssage saying I will be evicted if i didn't pay my rent. I had to call and show proof of my payment with my bank statements. There is people smoking marihuana in the parking lots and the common areas are nasty and dirty. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS PLACE"

"I done paid the application fee and all, and after that management acted as if I wasn’t supposed to have a tour of the apartment, when she showed me that apartment, I was so disappointed, especially by the odor . They were unprofessional, they were rude, (I kid you not, The woman who showed me the apartment acted as if I was bothering her by asking for a viewing. ) , but anyways as she took me to the apartment it was nothing but trash, and mess all in the streets. I’m good on allat. I found somewhere better."
