"False advertising; also, the people two woman in the front only accept people they know to live here. How you tell me on the phone your working off a waiting list; then I had my friend call a few hours later, and they told them to apply online and give her a call when she’s done because they have a few apartments available. Make it make sense. Ive been trying to live here for two years now for the convenience of the area. Just sad management"

"Apartments are nice but they are slowly but surely falling apart! Pest control included in rent but no one comes on a regular basis. The stairways and sidewalks are filthy could use a pressure wash. I’m not sure what management is doing but they are definitely not delegating duties to see that the apartments are maintained. Also loud neighbors and sometimes people can be heard arguing. This is not all the time but I wouldn’t recommend if you prefer continued peace and a clean complex. Not enough dumpsters and often overflow. They are modern and in an ideal area but borderline ghetto and are not cheap at all. The gate is always broken also. Perks include washer, dryer, central air."

"Cleaned, shampooed carpet after move out only to be told 300 of deposit being kept... something isnt right.. problems with pest, have 2 call 4 exterminator 2 spray but mthy fee is included in rent .. nice apt but need better mgmt.. stairway dirty etc but o well"

"I lived here for a year, I would never recommend this apartment to anyone ever again. They wanted us to pay for and shampoo our carpets before we left. We cleaned the entire apartment and they still kept our deposit and charged us 689$ for replacing two rooms worth of carpet when nothing was wrong with them. The apartment wasn’t damaged in the least bit. I’m highly upset and disappointed."
