"I had a great 2 year experience living in the Ole Towne property managed by Patrician Management. Older units, but very well maintained. Our unit's AC was older and needed a lot of TLC, but a maintenance member always came out quickly - even after hours and weekends. They treat AC outage as an emergency issue (which in Louisiana, it really is!) and won't let you sleep in a hot apartment overnight unlike some other companies that I have heard horror stories about. The office staff had a fair amount of turnover, but were usually courteous and helpful. Any issues were addressed promptly and professionally. Apartment and grounds were always well taken care of and the fellow renters were friendly, mostly long term residents. I had to move out of state or else I would have continued to rent through Patrician Management - Very stark contrast to the terrible property manager that I am renting from now!"
