"I lived here for a year. I should’ve known from the first day these people would be a problem. They never answered the phone, request for maintenance were handled months after put in for, or not at all. Listed amenities were broke the whole time we were there. They have no respect for other peoples time. AND on the off chance that you decide to come in on their “lease special” time where you can sign without a deposit, don’t worry, they will get it out of you one way or another and keep it. The GM is rude and so incompetent it will make your head spin. We had a end of lease inspection at 1030 AM and they sat in their offices on their phones having a “meeting” until I finally came down there and told them to gtf over there cause we had work to get back to. And they eventually did so with an obvious attitude. These people are money grubbing losers They have no business running a apartment complex. They get you with the looks and the “amenities” if you can call them that. But the way they treat their residents is nothing short of wrong. I REPEAT DO NOT STAY HERE IT IS NOT WORTH THE HEAD ACHE. THERE ARE CHEAPER AND BETTER PLACES TO GO THAT DONT TREAT THEIR RESIDENTS LIKE CASH COWS."

"Absolute worst business practices in the industry. Having to pay these people a full months worth of rent after leaving because we gave a 30 day notice (not a 60 day notice) that we WERE NOT renewing. Not to mention they wanted to spike rent $300/month from our previous lease. DO NOT sign here unless you're wanting to be ignored, forgotten, and taken advantage of. Also, the mens sauna and outdoor grilling area were Out of Order THE ENTIRE TIME we lived there. Point blank, the place Is filled with liars and bad business. They do not care about their tenants, and it is a corporate nightmare. DO NOT LIVE HERE"

"I’ve lived at this complex for the past year and my experience was 100% excellent. The apartments are built well and I could rarely hear my neighbors. Management is professional and was always helpful. I am seriously going to miss my apartment. I only moved so I could be closer to work but I would absolutely recommend it!"

"This is definitely not worth living in. You are better off somewhere else that is nicer and newer for the price. I've lived here for two years and can say I've never had a positive experience with their service. I chose this place because of the location, but knowing what I know now, I would have never moved in. Just an overall–God awful, outdated complex."

"I would leave 0 starts if I had the chance to, The people working in the office are so rude and honestly I am fed up! They are in need of an entire new staff. It is ridiculous how they treat and talk to people. I am baffled at the way the property manager spoke to me! They do not care and it’s only a money thing for them! Please don’t move here, you would regret it! Everyone complains about the workers in the office and nothing is being done about it. The guy that works in there is RUDE, confused about his sexuality but want to act ugly to people. Liz should want to set a better example but she is also rude. She should not be a property manager!"
