"I have been a vendor for Oakleigh and many of their properties in their portfolio. I can tell you this company cares about each of their tenants and takes extreme pride in maintaining their properties. They address any issues that come up promptly. They are extremely professional, when you call for management you actually get to talk with someone on the property that are as knowledgeable if not more than some contractors. The management team is always courteous and will go out of their way to help take care of their residents concerns or needs. The property is in a great location as well with numerous places to shop, dine, movie theater, and whatever else you could think of within a quick 2-5 minute drive. If you are looking for a great place to reside Oakleigh is the place."

"UpDate: the maintenance updates are great! The grounds are being kept well, the gates are work, the pool remodeled this summer was nice. All new patio furniture for laying out in the sun. Recently all parking spaces were repainted which was great. I noticed I posted an old picture of tile from 70s in fire place. I asked the manager Kelly about replacing them, and she had the same tile from the bathroom match the hearth. I now also use my fireplace which is absolutely wonderful on the cooler nights. The patio doors have a screen which is convenient for a fire with the patio door open. I can not be more pleased with my experience with Oakleigh! I gave my prior apartment complex a 60 day notice, which gave me plenty of time to search for the right place. After visiting 6 property’s ranging from $1200-$2000 I settled here. My first impression walking in was so inviting, Nicki a leasing agent, was there waiting to greet me. I toured the module unit. I loved the layout and decided this was it! I was able to pick the unit I wanted based on what was open for my move in date. I got exactly what I wanted. This is an older property so as things go out/ people move out. They are updating the property. Additionally since moving in the manager Kelly has been so accommodating! She must have been in customer service prior to property management! I made some of my own upgrades to the unit such as replacing the thermostat with a nest. The new thermostat is much smaller. Kelly sent over mantinance to paint around it to touch it up. Maintenance has already far exceeded my expectations! The shower in my unit was replaced because of a maintenance issue. When I moved in a noticed there was a small leak. Maintenance immediately addressed the issue and got it fixed same day. My movers made a comment about Darius the maintenance supervisor when they were moving me in. He was working away fixing an AC unit, so my movers offers him a bottle of water because they said they could tell he was working hard. They said he was very nice and respectful and thankful for their hospitality. Even offering his assistance if he could. I am so thankful to have found Oakleigh. Read my prior google review for my past residence. It’s posted on my google profile. All I can say is…… THANK YOU! Thank You for not just renting me an apartment, but giving me a home. I was told at move in “ decorate as you like” what an incredible feeling to move somewhere and they say “ make it yours”"

"My family and I have been living at Oakleigh for several years. It was the first complex that we came across we were very impressed with. Past few years with CLK taking over , I can honestly say that I’ve had a great amount of comfort living here. It’s very convenient to us for so many reasons. Schools, work and more is perfect for us as far as location. When it comes to being acknowledged when there’s a problem, they definitely try their best whether, it’s maintenance needs, or just anything that needs addressing they do their best and beyond to handle all situations. To me it’s not only the location but there is a sense of safety too. And if you don’t feel safe in anyway, they are on it right away to solve the problem!! Shout out to all the ladies and gentlemen at the office who do their parts when it comes to caring for their tenants at Oakleigh!!!"

"Absolutely wonderful complex and amazing staff. The proximity to everything is unparalleled and the prices are such a great value for what is offered. I’ve never lived anywhere that felt more like home than living here. Your home should be your sanctuary and that is exactly what the manager Kelly and her staff have created, a safe haven where I feel comfortable to be myself and be at peace."

"Office workers up front really don't care about providing all information or following through. When given a move in date no one ad ise it had to be after 12 noon. Showed up 9am and was not given key and was unable to move in. Didn't matter what my schedule was. Dropped off rent on Monday 10/2 9am. Was told by taller woman to just put check on her desk. Resident was called on Thursday saying rent wasn't paid. When I called it was like it was unimportant so I told whoever I was speaking with to go look on the desk. Was promptly hung up on. Customer service isn't exactly exemplary. I work in the MultiFamily sector in New build and renovations. A lot with CLKs competition."
