"This place sent a worker to my home that stole everything from dishes to medication. Because I filed charges for the theft they then sent a 400+lb worker to my home for an hour, who never moved off my couch. Luckily my pastor was here during this time! They then dropped my care saying the worker was "scared for her life" said I threatened to "stab her and burn her children". I had just filled a report on them for their inability to care for people and punishing people by cruel measures they find hilarious (leave clients without help for weeks at a time). 2 weeks before all of this a worker I knew personally was in the office picking up her last check. She came to my home immediately to let me know they were up there laughing and making fun of me. If you value your safety and the safety of your loved ones do NOT use this provider!!!"
"Courtney, sorry you have these feelings about Companion Care, we strive to serve our clients with the best possible care. The department of labor changed a law in 2016 that does not allow any overtime to be worked, unless client agrees to pay. We do offer medical insurance to all employees, we also have vacation with sick leave. After being in business for 15 years we feel like we are the best choice to help keep a loved one at home."
