"Piss poor management, units are not properly maintained, and the owners do not care about their tenants enough to the point if something goes wrong they won't fix it. I've known several people that stayed and/or stay here. Wouldn't recommend it to a dog."

"Price is reasonable, they are doing some remodeling which is good, because it was out dated. Office staff can be rude at times plus be ready to have a debate behind your deposit they find any reason to keep it. I paid for a week on Friday and left Saturday (the next day) bummer, knew it wasn’t refundable so took that as a loss , however he tired to keep my deposit too and said I was 3 days behind on rent , impossible ..... I just paid for another 7 days.. literally put words in my mouth. I had to send a copy of the last payment receipt to prove that I wasn’t behind he still gave me partial of my deposit back. Probably wouldn’t be going back there if I ever have to work in that town again"
