"This is a peaceful complex with a tranquil atrium within walking distance of the Amazon warehouse. Management is responsive to maintenance and to unruly tenants. They also have security cameras."

"WORST MANAGEMENT EVER! This was my first apartment in Baton Rouge, the company quality properties even from the beginning have been very pushy, rude and money hungry. Some of their lease causes Violates Louisiana state laws. Even during the pandemic they’re Uncooperative and insensitive. They will find every reason to keep your deposit of $500! Elizabeth the manager, will over talk you and yell and at some point scream when there’s a simple misunderstanding or miscommunication in conversation. And if you’re young looking for a first appointment this isn’t the way to go! The office in Gardere is far and the only place to see them! They hardly ever come to the apartment complex and the cameras will only be used for their advantage. STAY FAR AWAY! Pay for peace of mind!"

"I read the other reviews and it just boils down to if you act up, they will not tolerate it, so it is a good place to live. And, if you don’t clean your bathroom and put on the fan during a shower, you are going to get mildew which is feed by soap scum. I recommend the apartments and management you won’t regret it."

"The absolute worse place to rent. They don’t take care of their apartments. The lady in the main office is racist, rude, and completely disrespectful. She is most definitely a bigot! They let mold sit in our apartment in the first bathroom due to their neglect. My mail box was broken for over half the time there. They said they fixed it but it was also “fixed” incorrectly we were without a mailbox for over 6 months. The woman in the office is the most racist disrespectful individual I have ever encountered. She said we were harassing them after they never returned our deposit. Once our lease was up they never sent anyone to do a walk through the 1st was on a Sunday we looked for them but they never came. Then once we finally got someone to come, cleaned their stove, bought new aisles for said stove, and new kitchen blinds which were already destroyed upon arrival they still refused to return the deposit. If you’re not white or Latino I don’t recommend this horrendous place! Because they look down on everyone especially that woman that’s in the office she is a terrible person."
