"The prices are good!! Their office is unorganized at the moment and there is a huge move in delay! I do think the people in the office are nice but they are obviously understaffed in the maintenance area! Hopefully it gets better!❤️"

"Don’t ever move here very unprofessional for my first apartment it’s been the worst experience ever management response but does not get there duties don’t giving too them from the residents and will lie and say they will get there jobs don’t requested and it ends up not getting don’t I rate this 1 star."

"Bats was a MAJOR PROBLEM , If you don’t believe me look up bats at copper ridge apartments on Google on the news you’ll see. I had 4 bats in total come into my apartment!! Please RECORD OR TAKE PICTURES of anything you find wrong with your apartment because the office would make seeem like you don’t know what you talking about when addressing it ! I give this apartment 1/10 , apartment be tore down ! And all they do is get someone to come paint over and put new carpet down ! NO MATTER HOW THE APARTMENT WAS BEFORE ! I can say ! The maintaince man tries to look out for the residents but the managers in the office ( TASHA ) to be correct ! Is literally the worst"

"My family and I have enjoyed living in Copper Ridge Apartments. The management has gotten better since Dominique has become apart of their team. They have fixed things in a timely manner and has exceeded our expectations in the maintenance department. I would highly recommend living here as long as Dominique continues to work in the office."

"I must say that the new management is an EXCELLENT team. I have been here 3 and a half years and the last management company wasn’t so good. I must admit that Ms. Dominique and her crew are really trying to bring change for the better. So I just want to say you gals keep up the good work"
