"Lived here 2021-2022. The best town homes I've ever stayed in. They are spacious and quiet. Pools and a gated biking track are available for your children. The entire staff is friendly. It's only noisy on the weekends because of the daiquiri shop across the street. 10/10 I highly recommend. Oh and I got half of my deposit back. I have NEVER gotten a deposit or half back from ANY other apartments."

"Don't expect your deposit back when moving! They will charge you anything to take your money, they charged me for carpet cleaning & cleaning (General) for almost $250. Isn't this a duty of the complex? My unit was left SPOTLESS literally!! The rude manager Gloria said the only way to not be charged is to do it yourself lol charged for a parking permit I NEVER RECIEVED. She admitted she didn't have proof of me receiving and lied and said I received the date I moved in when I only received a gate card. They also lied and said I had a $50 late fee just to take more out of the deposit which is also false, I made sure my balance was $0 before I left, specifically called to make sure before leaving and now this pops up and Gloria "don't remember" talking to me, its only 2 people that answers phones. Why just take peoples money that have rented from you for years and have a attitude when they inquire about it??"

"The bedrooms are tiny and look like closets. You get what you pay for. But the lady in the leasing office was friendly."

"Don’t expect to get your deposit back!!!! They will find some sort of issue no matter how clean you kept it. That front desk lady MS GLORIA is extremely arrogant and rude. I’m glad I got the hell out of there. Pay extra if you can and move somewhere worth your while."

"These are the Best and Decent apartments in that area, leasing office lady is a very nice person, maintenance guys are quick and perfect, lots of trees around the property and nice walking space around, no crazy people around, thanks Foxhill"
