"I love the apartments but the have let the grounds grow up and the inside needs cleaning. Latter and Blum needs to come in and clean up. Also the maintenance man quit. The people that live there are nice but the are becoming depressed over the grass and conditions. Most will not get on their porches because of snakes and wasp nest."
