"Lou (the owner) is the absolutely best! He's very friendly and cares that you make an informed decision on your purchase. With everything coming out every day, products change like hotcakes! But he stays in the know with it all. And his prices are fair! Everywhere else I've gone so far has been higher than them. At this point, I only go in other places to compare prices.
