"The Plaza has been through some changes over the years but there’s always room for improvement at this location. Especially with in the Melrose area in general. The apartments complexes surrounding the subdivision have fallen down significantly. It was recovering in 2005. Redeveloping units up-to 2018. Nowadays it is starting to look like a ghetto ghost town. The things I saw was so disturbing that I couldn’t bring myself to take pictures or video to post them here. If There’s housing grant or community funding for this area please send it over. With a 15 member committee that specializes in housing development in low income neighborhoods. I don’t know how this place operates but the owner, manager and community leaders need to communicate with each other. It’s never too late to start planning for a better tomorrow."

"LOVE IT THIS IS WERE I LIVE NOW! I'M VERY SATISFIED WITH MY APARTMENT AND MY NEIGHBORS. NOBODY HANGING OUT AT NIGHT OR DAY! NOBODY KNOCKING ON THE DOOR BEGGING FOR MONEY. GOT A GATE THAT'S ALWAYS LOCKED! FEEL BETTER AND SAFE!"
