"I am giving two Stars because the Women in the Office are miserable. They clearly have problems within their own selves and don't know how to speak to 'PAYING TENANTS' who pay their rent on time. How is Erika going to say... 'Whatchu need?' rather than greet by saying Hello with a smile?? Strange people!! Maintenance are good but they are loud. The way they speak to each other shows lack of respect to one another and they talk to one another like they are out in the streets. They are at work and should remain professional. They curse at one another and don't realize there are children around who hear this. However they do work hard and are good with getting requests dealt with. Nola Developers need to work on interacting with people more professionally."

"I wouldn't recommend Anyone to move into no apartments under NOLA DEVELOPERS! I moved there July 8, 2019 and Moved out October 29, 2019 they are unprofessional I had Rats that are the size of Cats Ms. Daniell was The best employee that ever worked there she talk to you like the adult you are literally if she was over the apartments it'll be ran way better they have all them apartments in a 22 year old hands which nothing is wrong with that but when going over other people records and bashing people that's is unprofessional."
