"DO NOT LIVE HERE! I would give it no stars if I could. They will leave you for dead. They do not care about their residents AT ALL! There was a mixup with my lease and they did not try and resolve it or anything and literally gave my room away, AND I had to move out in like a day.THEY ARE MONEY HUNGRY! They charged me and my roommates for a microwave that we called and asked them to fix prior to the fact. It is extremely dirty. Residents let their dogs poop and pee all in the breezeway. It is not SAFE there at ALL. The complex is always getting shot up, there are no cameras, and people's cars get broken into. The ONLY reason I enjoyed living there is because I met my two best friends there "
"I honestly can say I love alight, the staff is amazing from the general manager all the way down to our favorite maintenance man mr.mike! They actually care about their residents and make sure we feel safe and at home at all times in my personal opinion."
"I will never everrrr live at Alight again. The Assistant Manager is so disrespectful, they’re late with notifications about billing, they have car break ins and us residents STILL haven’t received any notifications or awareness about that. And lastly, she said that she would take fees off due to their mistake then said that she spoke wrong so now it’s too late . Yeah no, why not HONOR what you spoke wrong on. OH and let’s not forget that they barely pick up our trash that we pay a “valet” fee for and it’s been smelling like a sewer since we moved in. From seeing previous responses from reviews from current and previous tenants (college students) all they can say is “sorry, we’re doing the most we can and are continuing to improve our customer service”. WHEN are we going to see the change? Too many people are leaving the same bad reviews too often without ANY change ."
"My son moved into Alight in January. I was a bit nervous as I had just signed a lease for an apartment sight unseen. However, I have not been more happier. The place is affordable, clean, and the rooms are a nice size. It is student housing so I am not sure what people are expecting. He has not had any trouble with roaches or rats and he lives on the first floor. I do see trash sitting outside the doors when I visit but that is easily solved.. walk their lazy butts to the many dumpsters and that would stop roaches as well. Trinity in the front office is such a polite, and hard worker. She always is very helpful and informative. I will admit I wanted him to return to campus living but this was due to transportation as he attends SU, but many students also live there so we make it work. He signed his lease for another year so we are set and ready for Fall 23. As far as safety there were a few scares but to my knowledge it was from people who was visiting and for the other incidents those were in the neighborhood so they can't be faulted for that. Overall, I am very satisfied with his experience so far."
