"DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! During our 7 month stay at redpoint we have to make a maintenance requests at least once a week for the amount of problems this apartment has had. the latest one was gallons of poop water gushing out of our sink and all over are kitchen and leaking into our bedrooms. maintenance SUCKS it took over 5 hours for a plumber to show up and he didn't even fix the issue, water continued to go every where uncontrollably. (pictures below). there have also been multiple thefts just in my apartment alone. My roomate got his Macbook stolen out his car and my other roomate got his car broken into ransacked (both occurred on redpoint property). we've seen cars drive around while people get out and tug door handles to see if they can break into cars. nothing is ever done about it. i have had multiple packages stolen because our packages all sit in one big room where you can easily have access to anyone's packages no one monitors it and anyone can get in easily. seriously do NOT live here, do NOT waste your money and do not give your money to this horrible company. I cannot wait until my lease is up."

"I love redpoint! The appliances in my apartment are top tier and the trash valet service makes it easier to dispose trash. The atmosphere is also very inclusive and fun."

"This apartment complex is awful. So much so we had to break the lease because the office manager is useless. She had things stolen including her passport and maintenance comes in unannounced and stole her water filter. She had a roommate that was awful and violated the lease and they refused to do anything about it. Do not put your child in these apartments."

"if you want to sign a lease with a dirty apartment with broken, dirty furniture before moving in, redpoint is the perfect place! my room straight up smelled like dog piss, left over trash from previous owners, and dog hair everywhere. brianna, the assistant manager, did help me as soon as i brought it up to her but vendor’s mistake or not, this should have been checked before having people move in??!!"
