"I have been living at Royal Palms for 2+. Amazing experience! The apartment is spacious and extremely cozy especially for a single person living in a room bedroom. My neighbors are extremely friendly. My maintenance request are always handled in a timely and efficient manner. By far, one of the best, If not the best apartments I’ve ever lived in. 10/10 hands down!"

"I love how quickly they come out to resolve my issues. I recently had an issue in my bathroom where it was not working properly. I placed the service request early that morning, and they came to fix an hour or so later. They made sure it was working perfectly before the left, and the property manager Calvin called to follow up to make sure I was satisfied. I am very happy that I live here."
"This apartment complex exceeds all of my expectations. The property is well maintained. What stood out even more than the fantastic apt, though, was the maintenance man. I cannot express the level of gratitude I have for his prompt responsiveness and exceptional skills. He always arrived with a smile and a sense of urgency. His expertise in fixing and maintaining aspects of my apt was truly mind-blowing. Not only did he get the job done efficiently, but he also took the time to explain the issue and offer preventive tips, which I found invaluable. 10/10 I definitely recommend!!!"
"Royal Palms Apartments are a excellent place to live. I visit my friends here often and I am considering leasing one. The place is very clean and the apartments are kept up to the highest standards. Yancy is very dependable and professional and gets things fixed in a hurry if any problems at all. He was very respectful and nice to us. The apartments are all super clean.
