"I absolutely love living here. The apartments are spacious the maintenance team and manager are always on there job. The owner is a sweet woman who gets things done. It's affordable and they have a beautiful pool right outside."

"This place has gone to hell. First it was packages being stolen, now it's license plates. I truly don't feel safe here anymore. Management is no help. You tell them and they do nothing. Watch for maintenance entering your apartment for no reason. I don't think half of the residents are even residents. They just go from apartment to apartment. My neighbor has called the police multiple times about people fighting in front of her door. Nothing has been done about that either. We stood outside and watched two police vehicles just drive by. I don't know who the guy is that is always around and wears the RAM shirt but he's always in the middle of altercations and still does nothing. Do better RAM/Bengal Apartments."

"The new management is very inefficient. There is a leak on the roof of my apartment for about last 5 months. I have immediately informed the manager about the roof and followed up several times. But there is no result. Only response I get from the manager is that the owner knows about the issue. On the thanksgiving night I had to worry about the safety of my family instead of celebrating due to heavy rain. Also there is no emergency maintenance service anymore. I have been living here for more than 5 years and paid my rents on time and this is how they treat."

"The front office staff is very rude. Office staff change very frequently besides the lady who sits in the back to the left, Julie I think is her name. Every time there’s a problem they give you the run around. Maintenance enter your house without notice . The walls are very thin and you can hear everything. The stove element went out several times. Bugs would come and go even when facility was sprayed. The washers and dryers are always broke. Finding a parking spot is always a problem. Keep a paper trail for everything when dealing with staff. Take pictures before moving in and after moving out. I moved out a year ago and gave notice to one of the front office staff, they claim I never did and they forfeit my deposit. They sent false information to collection agency saying property was damage and keys wasn’t returned which was also not true. Worse experience ever and I wouldn’t advise anyone to move her."

"I've lived here for over a year and absolutely love it. Nice clean grounds, friendly staff. A close community environment, where everyone looks out for each other. Fast turn around for a maintenance request, usually done the same day. When my first lease was up and time for renewal I transferred from a one bedroom to a remodeled two bedroom. I received my deposit back from my first apartment in a timely manner and the only thing taken was the standard cleaning fee, which i was made aware of when i signed my first lease. My experience here has been awesome so far, and I don't plan moving anytime soon. Come Join A Great, Caring Community."
