"I've lived at Edgewood Place Apartments for 4 years now and my experience is wonderful. The management is the kindest I've ever had. She will help u with whatever u need. I personally haven't had much go wrong with my apartment but when I did she had someone out the same day and it was fixed even if it was her off day. Maintenance is on the property at all times. It's a quiet place to live. I would recommend Edgewood Place to anyone who is looking for a great place to live."

"Any place that is not here or owned by the owners of this complex would be far better than coming here. Not surprised if there is shady stuff going own knowing how poorly this place is ran. People living with mildew on their ceiling among other issues."
