"This was a place that was recommended to us for our new infant by a colleague. It seemed like the place to be after our phone interview with the owner. They seemed progressive, attentive, developmentally conscious, and loving. During the initial interview process, the owner openly stated that "it's easy to love babies!" but entrance weighed heavily on whether or not the caretakers and the parents could work together as a team and be on the same page to provide the best care for the child. We were accepted in October and started in November when our baby was around 10 weeks old. Initially, everything seemed to be going very well. The center closed for Christmas and opened back up after New Year's. As expected, the holidays were a busy time, and she developed an ear infection over the break. The first reports of fussiness began shortly after (1/3,1/9, 1/10). On the 12th, we were called in for a parent-teacher meeting to discuss her behavior. As far as we knew, things seemed to be improving as her daily care sheets provided at the end of the day indicated that she was happy, cuddly, "much better day!", etc. On the 20th, she became sick again, this time with Covid and another ear infection. She remained out of daycare for 2 weeks at home to quarantine and recover. Obviously, the transition back into daycare could be a little rocky. On our now 5 mo child's first day back to daycare after being at home for 2 weeks due to Covid, we received a message from the owner 15 mins before her pick-up time, stating that our child needed too much attention and we would need to seek new childcare immediately. Upon arriving for pickup, none of the other workers knew about our child being asked not to return, so we were left concerned about how to proceed. Anyone who has sought childcare knows that finding a new place on short notice is nearly impossible. We were offered to be able to stay 1 more day through further messaging that night, but that offer was then revoked when we began to question the narrative around our child's care. We were asked to pick up her things the following day. Upon arriving to pick up her things, one of our child's primary caretakers brought me her stuff out and asked me to give her a hug from her. She seemed genuinely saddened to see our child go. The owner did not ever have a face-to-face conversation with us. We are flabbergasted at the highly unprofessional manner in which this whole situation was handled and obviously caught wildly off guard, now left to scramble to seek care for our baby so we can continue to work. It is apparent that only babies that fit the owner's mold of how a baby should behave are easy to love. They appeared unable to meet our child where she was in her needs. We felt that the blame was put on us in that we must have been doing something wrong at home in every conversation with them to try and help figure out what our baby needed. I felt attacked when some blame for her having difficulty eating was put on me because she is breastfed, so maybe I shouldn't nurse her as much at home, or something I was eating was causing her distress. This is not helpful when you are already struggling with new mom guilt. When I asked what situations were occurring around when she was fussy, I was given limited to no information; details on her daily activities were limited on fussy days. On several occasions, I offered speculation as to what could be causing her fussiness which was met with no response. Minimal effort was made as a team to collaborate or solve rough spots together. The ejection from the daycare occurred very quickly, without much warning, with little attempts to help our child. It will be in our child's best interest to seek care elsewhere anyway, where she can receive the necessary patience, attention, compassion, and empathy needed for healthy, secure attachments to develop. As with any parent, we only want the best for her and her development, and this was not the place for that."
"I could not have picked a better place to send my baby! The clams truly love the babies and treat them like their own. They have welcomed us with open arms and I consider them all family. I feel so at ease leaving my baby and going to work. I know that my baby is well taken care of! I highly recommend Baby Baby Baby!!!!"
"We were blessed being able to adopt our precious bundle of joy Bridget Faith. But it was sudden and we were not entirely prepared. Unfortunately there is not a lot of places you can bring your baby. Well Baby Baby Baby stepped up and welcomed our baby girl with open arms. They have a very clean, systematic facility, the staff is loving and caring. Always smiling and happy to see Bridget. Dropping your baby off is never easy but Baby Baby Baby makes it so much better knowing she is safe and happy. Thanks!!!"
"In a world where it’s very hard to find people that love and treat your child like their own, Baby Baby Baby PIC loves each and every baby. I’m a parent of a baby who attends BBBPIC so i have observed how they treat each baby. At BBBPIC we received high quality services, loving staff members/employees who interact with the baby’s to enhance their development all in a safe environment which is priceless... No other childcare center comes close to Baby Baby Baby; they are second to NO one around the Lake Charles/Sulphur Area! I love the fact it’s only for babies (children under 12 months) and low baby to worker ratio is awesome. I would highly recommend this business to anyone as a great place to take your Baby as well as a clean, friendly and safe place to work. If you were worried about the price, You really can’t put a price on the piece of mind and the services are hey provide, it’s so worth it."
