"I am sorry I have to leave a negative review, but hopefully something could be done. I called on Saturday to refill a prescription; I called back today (Wednesday) to get an update, the RUDE lady tells me you don’t have any refills. I said well the lady on Saturday didn’t say that. She says well you don’t with an ATTITUDE! To me, you dealing with people’s HEALTH/LIFE and most of us don’t take that lightly, seemingly to me they’d want you to get your medication. Why do they have to be rude and/or NASTY? I called the drs office and told them do not call anymore prescriptions to this pharmacy. Now, I got days wasted to get another prescription which could have been voided if the tech would have said on Saturday I didn’t have anymore refills. SOOOOOOO SAD!!!!!"
