"The young woman that was helping my friend look at trailers was very helpful. Not only helpful but did exceptionally well with providing the information needed. The young woman was also very professional."
"They don't clean before you move in. Water is brown, trash hardly ever gets picked up, grass is randomly cut, Appliances are broken, fall out or missing parts. Had to hang the cabinet back on the wall after I filled it with the cups the day I moved in. Office personnel come to you unit and steal your personal property. I lived there for 1 year and the only thing they fixed was an electrical issue but had no problem telling me they would fine me $50 if I didn't replace a broken blind in 3 days. Shower door fell off on my friends 12 year old daughter who is physically disabled and 6 months later still had not been fixed when i begged them weekly. Playground is broken,, missing slides with nothing to keep kids from falling down onto broken metal sticking up out of the ground and the legs of said Playground look like metal Swiss cheese. They charge $40 per month to cut grass but tell you to cut it yourself. They charge you for trash pickup at the same time tell you to arrange pickup yourself with your oun bill. I gave notice i was moving out in writing via email and they still took the following months rent out of my account after I moved out. My kids paid deposit and 1st month but still had no home 3 weeks later. They need to be shut down completely. The state should take it away"
"Go deal with Daysha she is amazing!!!!! She is very quick and amazing. She tells you everything that is going on throughout the whole process. She moved us in within a week and is beyond friendly and sweet!!!! Would give a higher rating if I could best experience so far!!!"
"I have lived here for several months and they have been working hard to improve everything that people have complained about. My lawn is mowed every two weeks which is perfect for the growth and garbage is picked up every week. They fixed my cabinet door in 10 minutes once i told them it was broke! The women in the office always have a smile and are so polite and helpful! They keep you informed about water situations and yes you do have to boil water or have a filtration system (can get for cheap to hook up to your facet at walmart) but living out of city limits sometimes that is what you have to do. The rent is affordable and it is a quiet place. I would recommend it to people."
"Whatever you do please and I mean, please do not live here. This place has horrible management. The six months that I lived here they were over three different property managers. They do not pay waste management services to be able to take the trash so your trash is left in front of your house for over four weeks and they still try to collect the fee for trash if you do not say anything with lawn service they are short staffed and at times they are not even able to cut the lawn within 3 to 4 weeks and you’re always having to constantly either ask office what’s going on or actually cut yourself and you also have to get your fees back. They try to keep your fees. They are also illegally against fair housing act if you don’t agree with the way they go about getting your rent and they what they do is they set up a direct and no matter whatever goes on with your checking account, they will collect the late fee. If you decide to leave or give a 30 hit you with a 10 days notice a fake 10 days notice that is not approved by the court or the judge. You are better off even section 8, where it’s regulated by the state and they have to abide by fair housing act. When you get the trailer, they don’t even do a walk-through with you. Things are broken you continually ask maintenance to come fix it and it is never done. There’s so many things in this trailer that have never been fixed. Do yourself a favor and do not come lease a trailer from here. Even if you do a six month lease, the paperwork still says says 12 months a lot of shady things going on."
