"Me and my son definitely overstayed our welcome here. I would not recommend this daycare to anyone. I was constantly lied to by some of teachers and the owner. I had to repeat myself so many times over simple things like “ leave my son’s clothes his bag and don’t wash his soiled clothes,” because they we’re constantly getting lost. So many times, they would call me and say my son was running a fever and when I would continuously check it, he never did. They gave him pacifiers that I did not supply and continued this well after he turned 1. There was a time I came in and they were feeding the kids off coffee filters. I had to get on say something about them put a barrette in my son’s hair . They rarely notified me of situations that raises concern, such as like when my was constantly having nosebleeds , or when his appetite changed and he wasn’t eating much or home going a whole 2 months without drinking milk. I had to approach them first about these concerns and they told me they’ve noticed these concerns for a while. There has been so many issues and I just got the point where I stopped saying something to the owner because she wasn’t really trying to resolve them. A lot of the times, she just like lie and make excuses . The last straw was when the owner requested me to keep my toddler up while I drive 30 minutes from speech therapy. I told her I couldn’t make any promises. She had the audacity to suggest for me to reschedule it for later in the day. I told her this works for me and dad’s schedule. He arrives back to school at 9:30. She told me that this inconveniences his teacher and that she’s basically trying to help me out by allowing him to come to school the same day as his speech therapy sessions because he’s considered late. Also that eventually, he’s not going to be allowed to come to school on those days."
