"These pharmacists should be fired. I was given the wrong medication which happened to be a highly controlled substance. Seems like a huge liability that these pharmacists are just swapping out medications for 'substitutions' without even consulting the prescriber and prescribed. I do not know if these people are just incompetent and didn't fully read the label or switched my medication without even telling my doctor. I will be coming back tomorrow to get the right medications and will be switching pharmacies."
"This is the absolute worst Walgreens I have ever been to in my life. I went to get a refill at the end of May. I watched one of the younger employees to go and ask if they had my medication in stock. I watched Scott C. (registered pharmacist) and Catherine L. (pharmacy manager) both shake their heads no they don’t have it. I was then told my medication was on back order until October so I asked if they could cancel my prescription so my doctor could fax another prescription to CVS and I was told it had been canceled. Turns out it was not canceled when I left the store and had to call back to get them to make sure it was canceled. I spoke with Scott C. (Registered Pharmacist) who told me he had canceled it. Still wasn’t canceled. Had to call back again and ask them to call my doctor to confirm that it had been canceled. Hours later my doctor received NO CALL. At this point my doctor was furious and called Walgreens themselves. My doctor spoke with Scott C. (Registered Pharmacist) as well and guess what he tells my doctor?? That I must’ve been confused and that my prescription is ready to be picked up!!! It seems to me as if they are playing some sort of game. How unprofessional to blame their lack of knowledge on a customer. I spent hours between calling my doctor, Walgreens, and other pharmacies to see if they had my medication in stock. I will never go back here again. I have never written a bad review before either and I will be calling corporate as well. Better customer service is needed!!! Especially from Scott C."
"Zero stars please. They are the worst for customer service. Definitely dont waste your time getting prescriptions. Longest lines and slowest techs are here to delay you at every moment. The manager was nice. The young one with braces. Good person, most help I’ve ever had at Walgreens."
"This is the 3rd time a prescription of mine has been "misplaced". I seriously think that these employees need to have a lot more training because it's very obvious that they don't understand the importance of their job. The employees are typically very nice if something goes wrong however the amount of times that I've had issues here is just insane. Definitely looking for another pharmacy preferably one that's locally owned and ran."
"Every time I come to this location they have "misplaced" my prescription. They had misplaced my very important controlled substance that I was prescribed for treating substance abuse. Very worried as to how a controlled substance with potential to be abused was just misplaced. This time my Prozac was "misplaced" and I was told they are now out. Won't be able to get it in another couple days. It seems like the employees here do not grasp the importance of what they do at all. Some people are on medication that they can't just stop taking for a couple days because it was "lost". If insurance made it easier to refill prescriptions before the last day, I would not be in such a bind. However, Walgreens employees should know that theyre competency is what we rely on. Chances are, you're local drug dealer is way more reliable than this place... At least he doesn't misplace his stash."
