"I have never seen a child care facility this poorly ran. Made complaints about my child not properly being changed and wiped and in return that became an issue. They will release a child to an adult without checking proper identification as well. Child care and safety should be a priority but not at this location. Very unprofessional!!!"

"We absolutely love Epic on Airline Dr! The teachers are so wonderful and make each child feel like they are special and loved! My kids love going to daycare everyday so see not only their friends but the teachers. The smile the teachers put on my kids face is priceless and I couldn't ask for a better daycare to care for my children!"

"This place was my 3 and 4 year old first daycare. I was a little skeptical at first about the place but once I got to know the people and teachers it quickly went away. I love it. My kids love going to "school". My daughter loves her teacher Ms Dee. I have not yet experience anything negative about this place. I also have a friend that also took her son to this place and even she agreed that she loved the people and her experience there."

"I wish I could give this place zero stars. The only thing good about this daycare is Chelsea who WAS my daughter's teacher. The older ladies "running" the place are the absolute worst people I have ever had to deal with. They are rude and apparently liars. I won't go into detail about my interaction with these people but I highly suggest going elsewhere for your childcare. I would also like to include that I am referring to the one on Barksdale Blvd, I have no experience with the Airline Dr location."
