"I had a prescription called in here 3 times and wasn't able to fill anytime. I had a lady clipping her nails on the monitor trying to tell me it wasnt ready. This older lady curly brown hair almost 60 years old with painted acrylic nails. She has a horrible attitude problem and has argued with me twice about my doctor not sending in a refill after I have been called by the pharmacy saying it is ready. Get this low class lady out of the pharmacy business when people need medications you dont need to be talked to with attitude or talked to so loudly being told outright "Youre wrong ". By the way I was right but I had my prescription transferred since she isn't intelligent enough to operate their system and has such an attitude problem."

"The Walgreen’son Sherwood gave my wife expired medicine. I brought it back and got nothing but lip service. I went to the Jones Creek store and was helped by pharmacist Wayne Bajon. Wayne handled the knuckle heads on Sherwood who couldn’t figure out how to cancel the prescription I had returned. Wayne get a prescription ready of current drugs and gave paperwork with warnings and dosage information that Sherwood omitted. Thank you Wayne Bajon for going the extra mile. Sorry for the hassle on a Saturday morning."

"Busy location. Only one cashier working. Just stopped in to hopefully pick up a few quick items, 27 minutes later, I was on my way! The workers were friendly and did apologize for the long wait in line, doesn't help that people seem to not understand that as you are being ring up, they will ask for some form of payment."

"I agree with the other reviews, Walgreens has certainly gone down as far as management and staff goes since Covid. I work in healthcare and I know that we are all spread thin, but the staff at the Walgreens pharmacy on Coursey is especially rude and lazy. I presented one afternoon for a vaccination for myself and my son after scheduling it online. We had our paperwork complete and when we checked in we were told they were not doing vaccines. When I inquired as to why, they said they did not have anyone to administer them. I asked why they were not contacting patients who had an appt to inform them- and he said well we didn’t know the person wasn’t going to show up for their job. I was told to come back the next day, once again without the guarantee that there would be someone to administer it. On another occasion I went to the pharmacy at 5:00 attempting to pick up my prescription and was told that the window inside was closed and I can go thru the drive-through. The drive-through line was around the parking lot and into the street as it always is. This will be my last visit to Walgreens. Hopefully a switch to CVS will change things. The line continues to wrap around the building and is 15 cars deep. I"

"Had to use this pharmacy instead of Costco due to supply issues. 2.5 hour wait and they still didn't have one ready. They said they would call my doc and get it sorted out. Came in a week later and they had no idea what I was talking about, just said I had to call my doctor. Looks like Walgreens read the Walmart playbook because they're horrible and somehow still stay super busy. The whole time I was waiting people in line were talking about how bad it is."
