"I'm the director at Mini Miracles! I been here for 13 years! I love my job. We as human are not perfect but we try our best! I thank God for the parents who love, support, and appreciate us so much! My babies that I had and still have I love yall so much! I still keep up with my babies that are in high school. I also go to birthday parties and games to support them.I would have it any other way! "When I was picking up my son from daycare today the owner approached me and asked how I feel about the care he is getting.. When i tell you i have no complaints i mean zero complaints. I am so happy that he was able to get in there. His teachers in my opinion go above and beyond. Hes always clean, fed, and happy. 10/10 recommend them to anyone looking for daycare. I think childcare workers deserve all the praise and appreciation! This daycare has impressed me beyond measures."

"My son has aspbergers and anxiety. We met with the director about issues we were having. And instead of a respectable conversation between 2 adults, the director yelled the entire time infront of my 2 children and practically accused me of being an irresponsible parent. We left and will not be going back."

"We have been apart of Mini Miracles since our daughter was 6 weeks old (so a little over 2 and a half years). I researched EVERY daycare in Haughton/Bossier. While there are many very nice daycares, there are many horrible (10 months of research and testimonials from customers, friends, and family). We LOVE them! We have not encountered an issue that has not been resolved to the fullest. Our daughter loves her daycare and so do we. The teachers are kind and patient. Penny, the director, gives it her all and loves these babies as if they were her own. Mr. Gladney, the owner, always makes these children first priority. If there is ever an issue, they're on it. I couldn't imagine taking my LO to another daycare. Pros: Amazing ownership Caring teachers Sanitary Camera Access Price very reasonable Easy payment system Cons: None for us yet (2+ years and going) 2019 update: Still AMAZING! Our baby is now almost 5 years old and I feel she is fully prepared for kindergarten come August. She just started summer academy and she couldn't be more excited! "I was hesitant to put my children back in daycare because of previous experiences at other daycares, but Mini Miracles has been nothing short of wonderful. My 3 year old and 8 month old love it here! The teachers are so sweet, and it's located in a good area. I'm so glad that we found this place, and I highly recommend it to anyone."
