"This is my first apartment in Beaumont & it’s always been on the more luxurious & reasonably priced apartments side. I personally prefer not to pay $30 for valet trash, as they aren’t as reliable as I’d assumed they would be. And parking can be difficult. I also hate that the windows on the street side are not sound proof. But every time I’ve had an issue w/ maintenance, I’m always accommodated immediately. The staff at the front are always kind & extremely helpful. The apartment is nice. I stay in a 2 bed/2 bath Sapphire floor plan. It’s pretty big, too. & I’ve loved my time here. Hopefully the carpet is removed in the future, though."

"I have been living here going into my 3rd year. There are several things that you rest assured of: First, there is a staff of willing workers putting forth their best efforts each and every day, in spite of Corporate constraint's. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and most of all helpful in fulfilling their customer's needs. Secondly, Its been my experience, that Christina, is the best of the best in responding to those needs. On several difficult occasions, I've witnessed her handle them in a very professional, appropriate manner without prejudice. And, when we attended the very few monthly "Taco Nights", they were hosted very well indeed, creating very good customer relationships. Thirdly, your maintenance crew performs an excellent job when they have the resources. Bryan (Brian), on many occasions, after hours, weekends, nights, responds in a friendly competent manner. "Been at this apartment complex for 5 years so I feel my opinion has some weight . Ever since new management took over, this place has severely lost its right to be called “luxury “ . From the pool that is always dirty (going about a year now ) to a hot tub that is never working , to grass and shrubs rarely maintained, I wish they would have the decency to at least lower the rent . Pet feces is everywhere, and the only thing that runs well at this complex is the nice Hispanic lady who always gets the garbage on time , she’s the only one I can rely on at this complex ."
