"Unprofessional. I’ve literally been waiting for 2 weeks for my application to be processed. I sent all documents, including application fee. I had to keep calling to see what’s the hold up. A kind young lady said I needed another copy of my id and social security card. I still haven’t heard from them yet. I even messaged the owner on Facebook only thing he said was “ still in process”."

"These apartments are very unprofessional. I understand you’re under new management but before taking over a complex you should know something about running much less answering the phone. My husband and I tried to call to contact these people for 3 days straight and no one answered. We drove up there today to see about what was going on and the woman said she was supposed to be off today but online it said they were open today from 10-3:30..... She allowed us to go look at one of the apartments they were renovating, we walked in and the workers were standing around socializing with a whole case of beer.... one of those workers let us look in a different apartment we could actually walk through because they hadn’t started on those floors but it was so incredibly small I couldn’t believe the pictures online. Glad we didn’t pay the deposit yet..... needless to say don’t waste your time. Response to you: the woman in the office told me and my husband we could go look at it if we liked but didn’t have any move in ready apartments available. On the phone I told her we were looking at moving this past weekend when we visited, all she said was okay. Not once did she mention we don’t have any available at the moment. And if I remember correctly it was the apartment as soon as you pull in ending in 13, apartment 213 perhaps???? These were not neighbors, these were your employees you hired to renovate. They had done a good job on the portion of the floor that had been finished. And I know what I saw on the counter I am not blind.... maybe you should keep a better eye on who you have working for you."
